GoToTags ships store orders to customers worldwide via several shipping methods from various shipment origins.

Shipment Origin

The GoToTags Store ships orders to most countries. Shipments from the GoToTags Store come from several countries of origin including USA, Canada and China. Inventory is held in USA and Canada that can ship domestically to addresses within the country. Most custom product orders will ship internationally from China.

The possible shipment origin(s) of a product is listed within the Specifications on the product page. A customer can contact the GoToTags Store prior to checkout to confirm the shipment origin of an order.

Shipment Tracking

If an order has delivery tracking, an automated email will be sent from the GoToTags shipping system with the shipment courier and tracking number. It often takes several hours after a tracking number is created for the shipment courier’s system to reflect movement of the shipment.

If the shipment email is not received, the customer should check their email SPAM folder. The shipment information can also be viewed by logging in to a customer account and viewing the order history.

Shipping Incoterms – International Orders

The GoToTags Store ships international orders via Free Carrier (FCA), Free on Board (FOB Origin) or Ex Works (EXW Origin) incoterms.

Once an order, is placed the customer is responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable customs import fees and the cost of return shipping back to GoToTags. If the customer fails to pay the assessed duties, the courier will only hold the product for a short period of time before abandoning it or returning the shipment back to GoToTags. Abandoned products will not be delivered and the customer will not be refunded. If the product of a refused delivery is sent back to GoToTags, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipment Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with the delivery of an order, GoToTags will assist the customer and the shipment courier to get the issue resolved. If a package is lost at the fault of the shipment courier, GoToTags will reship or refund the order.

FAQs

The GoToTags Store does not split shipments for an order. If a customer needs product shipped to multiple addresses, multiple orders should be placed for each address. Contact GoToTags before placing an order to discuss complex shipment requirements.
